I have a user that has two unityconn mailboxes in Outlook
(IMAP4) that all the voice messages are sent to. We had to rebuild his Outlook and now I cannot get those two mailboxes to open up because I do not know the password and neither does he.. Where do I reset that password at?? I know where the one is for voicemail and web but not for unityconn.
Thanks
Cathy

Cathy,
I believe it is the same as the 'Web' password, can you try logging into the PCA web page? Has the account become locked due to a number of failed attempts?
The Troubleshooting CUC, IMAP section at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/troubleshooting/guide/7xcuctsg121.html#wp1053687 may give you some more pointers.
Good luck,
Craig

That is the same... Web password
on the Unity Connection server under User is the same as the voicemail in Outlook for the
IMAP4 mailbox.
Thanks so much Craig.. you assisted me once again without fail.
Thanks for your time.
