Unityconnection - Office 365 Integration

Hi All,

We trying to integrate the Unityconenction with Office 365 and the test failed with DNS .

Has there any DNS record need to be created for this integraton ? How Unityconnection identifyig the server in office365?

I tried "companyname.onmicrosoft.com" as well. But no luck.

Is there a firewall between Unity and the internet blocking this access, is HTTP Proxy being used on your network for internet access? This might be useful:

Hi Chris,

 I couldn't find any communication towards internet. Whenever we are testing the connection it just got failed with dns failure.

Sounds like perhaps you either cannot reach your DNS server from Unity or outlook.office365.com is not properly resolved by your DNS. Are you pointing to correct DNS server which is able to resolve outlook.office365.com?
