A customer is experiencing problems when attempting to perform a super copy of a phone that contains a secure shell user ID and password. The error message is "Unmapped Exception. The input was invalid: Invalid input length for decryption. Should be a multiple of the block size - 16." A screen shot is attached. Clearing the secure shell fields and saving the phone configuration will allow that device to be used for a super copy. This is similar to the problem identified in the link below, however in this case changing the fields to null clears the problem.
The UCM version is 11.0.1.21900-11, the affected phone model is an 8851.
Any thoughts as to the cause and a more permanent solution?
