Upgrade CUCM 8.6 to 11.5 using new hardware

All, I'm planning to upgrade CUCM 8.6 to 11.5 and just wondering if anyone can give me some tips with planning would be appriciated. Current setup: - CUCM 8.6 with Cisco Unity Connection application - Additional standalone application - Presense - Voice Gateway - Analog Gateway Plan is to upgrade the first 3 of them using new set of hardware. Thanks for your help in advance!

Either use PCD to perform the migration, or DRS into the same release you have into the new HW, and then upgrade to target version.
