Upgrade CUCM to 11.5(1)SU1 Failed

Upgrade Version: UCSInstall_UCOS_11.5.1.11900-26.sgn.iso

1. software MD5 check Ok.

2. DNS/NTP check Ok.

3. common partition space more than 25G.

4.Try to change Admin password less than 15 characters. (CSCvb00248)

The error messages:

platform_post_install|File:/common/download/11.5.1.11900-26/Cisco/bin/platform_post_install:963, Function: migrate_platform_config_data(), System info not updated by InstallWizard on new partition (1)|<LVL::Error>

Hi Juan,

The error does seem to match thebug CSCvb00248 that you mentioned. Did you decrease the OS admin password to less than 15 characters ( without any special characters, only letters and numbers ) and tried with the same? If yes, then you may engage TAC with install logs to look into this issue.
