Upgrade Existing BE6000M

customer has an existing BE6000M with one Processor.

they would like to upgrade the box to add a second processor and more memory.

As long as the Porcessors and memory match, can this be done or do we need to replace the entire box?

BE6000 are TRCs, they cannot be upgraded and retain the BE6000 licensing and support, it would become a UC on UCS specs based deployment.

So if we are also moving to an A-FLEX-3 licensing paradigm we should be good to upgrade.

Provided we can get the refurb parts.

It * should * be OK from what I know as CUCM is included in flex, I'd run the scenario with your SE just to make sure there are no other caveats I might not be aware of.
