I need to perform an upgrade for Unified Solution installed as follow:
Hardware: All hardware are UCS - B200 Type.
we have installation for the following:
Call Manager consists of : Publisher, Subscriber, Backup Subscriber, TFTP&MOH "ver 7.1.5.30000-1"
Unity Connection "ver 8.6.2.20000-76"
IVR "ver 8.5.1.10000-37"
CUEAC : "ver V9.1.1.20"
Currently we plan to upgrade to the latest version of the CUCM and also to the rest of Cisco Apps.
and I need help to know the following:
1- how to perform upgrade?
2- What is the upgrade path should I follow to reach latest version 11.5?
3- when i will perform Standard upgrade and Refresh upgrade?
4- Regarding upgrade process itself can any one support me to use CPD to make it easier?
