Hello All, I'm sure this has been covered but, I'm looking for detail and any caveat anyone has run into.
We are planning on upgrading CUCMBE 7.1 on MCS to CUCMBE 6000 (10.5) with new UCS C series server.
I've been thru plenty of CUCM upgrades but, I don't know how to tackle the CUCMBE 7.1 when it has CUCM and CUC integrated into one IP address
I always like to preserve data so in the past I have taken a DRS backup and have built out the original CUCM on a VM in my office and once I get to the version I going to take that same DRS backup to the customers site and restore.
What is the migration or upgrade path for this type of install?
