Upgrade of MCS7800 (v8.6.2.24098-1) to BE6000 (v11.x)

anyone can assist or guide me on the following for the upgrade?

Voice Gateway: Cisco 2821 (will not upgrade)

DLU count: 2032

How do i determine the number of user licensing to be converted to UCL/UWL with Cisco? Who can i look for?

For the upgrade, i will be upgrading to use BE6000 Medium Density.

Can advice what are the necessary steps to take note?

The steps will depend on how you do this, are you going to be using PCD for the migration??

Or DRS restore 8.6 on the new server and then upgrade?

PCD does this in just one step, doing the DRS restore means you need to install the 8.6 machines, then follow the regular upgrade procedure (including changing VM specs as necessary, installing COP files, etc.)

What about the licensing portion? How do i do e migration to?
