Can we upgrade to Cisco unity express v 8 to v 8.6.9  using prime collaboration provisioning 10.5 ?  to simplify the operations of upgrade Cisco unity express of many branches ?!!

PCP can batch send IOS commands and can handle some voice/voicemail provisioning through the Order Wizard automation.

If your are looking for PCP to do an IOS upgrade from one revision of CUE to another, it is not the right tool.  Prime Infrastructure is the application to manage IOS revisions. 

BTW, if you are still using PCP 10.5, you should consider migrating to PCP 11.1 or the upcoming 11.2 before you get too out of date with the application. All versions of PCP support all versions of CUE.
