Upgraded to 7.1.2.21900-5 and now Cisco Tomcat won't start

I've upgraded to the version above, and now "Cisco Tomcat" service is stuck in "Starting" and I can't access my pub via the Web gui.

Has anyone seen this? Any ideas?

Hi Brent,

Our great friend Ginger has linked you to some awesome info from Hailey

We had a very similar (if not exact) problem when we were running

CUC 7.1(2) (ours was a different ES) where Tomcat would not start no

matter what we tried. We spent quite a bit of time with TAC tring to isolate

the issue but it was only fixed by a special ES from Sydney TAC (thanks Jing )

PS: as Hailey nicely notes in that thread, you should try to move away from 7.1(2)

as soon as time permits.
