User search in Call manager hangs

Using ccadmin doing a user search, when I hit the search button, it just goes into search mode and never returns results, I have to cancel out or it just keeps searching. If I go to advanced user search, it returns immediate results. Everything else seems to be working fine in ccadmin and there are no related errors in the event log that I see. Is this related to the AD plugin in anyway? Has anyone else seen this?
