I am finding that the CUCM/IM&P 11.5(1) SU2 servers is having a strange issue. We have a couple of users that are not searchable by name, they show as offline. But if we search by the email address then we can see the users and chat with them. I am not finding any issue with the user setup or the IM&P/CUCM server configuration. Any suggestions on what to look at?
