Hi Ricky,
You can use the Real Time Monitoring Tool ( RTMT ) to download any trace from Unity Connection or CUCM Linux based versions. The procedure is given in various posts / docs , you can check the one below

You will need the traces for DRF Master Agent and Local Agent services.
