Viewmail for Outlook 9.0 Media Master Control Bar

Is the media master control bar no longer available in version 9.0 of VMO?  Or is it only available if Unity Connection is integrated with Exchange (Single Inbox)?

We just implemented Unity Connection 9.0 without Exchange integration.  SMTP relay is enabled to relay voicemail to user's Outlook.

When users receive the voicemail in Outlook, they can only listen to the .wav file using media player.

The media master control bar is not available so they can listen to the voicemail using the Cisco IP phone.

Only with Single Inbox or with the separate IMAP account to CXN. It's triggered by a non-default message class which SMTP relay isn't able to set.
