Viewmail player not opening in Outlook 2007

Hi All,

We have configured Unified Messaging/Single inbox for our users. However the viewmail player is not opening when i open the email, I can only see the attachment.

We have both outlook 2007 and 2003 installed. The insatallion completed without an issue and the connection has been tested successfully as well.

Kindly provide some assistance. VMO version in 8.6(7). Unity connection version is 8.6.2.

I have done some research on this and I think the issue is because the message class is just

IPM.Note and not IPM.Note.Custom.Cisco.Unity.Voice when I check the message class field in my outlook inbox

however when I check the message header

the content class is custom.Cisco.Unity.Voice.

how is it changing then?
