We have a Connection multi-tenant solution and deploying Unity Connection Visual Voice Mail. The problem is that Connection uses the phone extension (4 digits) and not the Unity Connection extension (7 digits).
We cannot create alternate extension because overlapping.
If there is way to create a Mask for Visual Voice Mail to use?
