We have done the QSIG integration with Alcatel PBX and Cisco 4451. When Alcatel calls into Cisco, the Name is displayed but when Cisco calls into Alcatel, the Name is not displayed. I also noticed that when on Q931 signaling, the Name is stated in the debug and the Plan is Unknown and the type is Unknown.
I have also tried to modify the ISDN Plan and Type ( still on Q931 Debug is stated as UNknown), but still does not help. The interface S0/1/0:15 configuration is as follows:

Note : My CIPC is 59XXXXX on the Voice Gateway.
