Voice getting dropped when answering the calls via jabber

Hi,

 

We are facing an issue, when the agents are answering the calls via jabber sometimes voice from the other end cannot be heard by the agents, but when listing to the pcap (took it from the agent PC) and the recording is clear. This issue is occurred only for the PSTN calls. 

Jabber version : 12.6.1.34405
