Hi,
We noticed that visual voice mail is not working well. Unity sends voicemails as emails to inboxes and works well, no issues here.
Problem happens on both Jabber for Windows and Jabber for Apple. Jabber does not show any pop-up or notification that new voice mail has arrived.
If I do sign out/sign in or jabber reset, then re-login, yes those voice mails immediately appear under voice mail icon.
What might be the issue? Both are running on 11.5

when do you face this issue over the MRA or local network ?

This is annoying to diagnose
The Jabber client uses the API on Unity Connection, as well as the JETTY service for sockets. If that service implodes because it is overloaded, the client disconnects. For us on MRA, if the REST API it is talking to dispenses enough errors back (which it should not under normal operation) the automated protections would disconnect the client as well.
The Jabber log should give you an idea of what it is doing, and if the connection is closing. Some older releases of Jabber had issues like this as well, where voicemail would disconnect and require you to sign out and back in, but, that has been fixed for some time.
