Voice Mail Pilot Doesn't Work

Hi Team,

I have a Unity Connection 9.x and the problem we are facing is, when i press message button on IP Phone it is playing "If you would like to try an extension you may do so now good bye"

It is not playing "Welcome to Unity Connecting Messging system from the touch tone....." message

Please help on resolving the issue.

Look at your routing rules to make sure nothing was changed there, also make sure the pilot is not configured by any chance as a call handler, etc.

Hey, issue has been resolved, in routing table, someone has changed the way it must work.
