Voicemail busy signal - license limit exceeded

I am trying to get a basic voicemail to work by following along with a couple of examples.  I only get a busy signal when I call into it.  The voicemail system says I don't have enough licenses.  I also just noticed that I need to set the date.  Not sure if that is related...

I tried to change the maxsessions, thinking it was worth trying a lower value.  I get a license error here too.

 

kz-vm(config-trigger)# maxsessions 2

if you are not using IVR deactivate it using the  command no license activate ivr sessions. 

 

And go through the below link. it explains in details about how to activate the license in CUE both evaluation and permanent.
