Please I need some help on Cisco Unity Express. My Ip phones are registered on the cme. I read a lot of documenttation on internet regarding Unity Express installation and configuration. Everything looks fine and well configured but I get the busy tone when I press the voicemail button. Same thing for autoattendant

I see a BYE with reason "Reason: Q.850;cause=65" this implies media/codec issue. Looks like you are calling in from IP Communicator, do you have a hard phone you can test from?
Can you check if your IPC has "optimize for low bandwidth" checked?
