Did anybody come across this issue?
While retrieving the Voice message, if we give the wrong caller input (for example we have configured call handler for caller input 0, 1 and #. Anybody selecting numbers apart from 0, 1 and #, its going to our main number) its going to our office main number.
Can somebody let me know, where do i need to change the configuration?
I have already checked there, its having default options only. But our problem is, if user gives the wrong input other than the valid input call is going to our office main number.
Please let me know, if you need more information.
In your case apart from 0,1 and #, actions for the all the other call inputs should be "Ignore key". Is it set for ignore key ?
