Hello All,
I have a user that would like to tag voicemails sent to email to be able to easily distinguish between a voicemail that was left for a user because the caller dialed their extension versus a voicemail that was left because the caller dialed a hunt pilot.
Please see the call flow below for more of an explanation.
Right now, all voicemails sent to email have the same subject, "Message from +1XXX-XXX-XXXX", same sender name, and all have a category of ViewMail.
Is this request possible?
