web mailboax access for non LDAP VM account ( With SSO )

We have implemented SSO in all our UC infrastructure.

We have noticed one issue.

We have VM account for non-LDAP users and it has set notification to email ID which is LDAP user ( lets call this LDAP user A)

Whenever A receives email notifcaiton about VM, User A tries to access mailbox via link, it goes to A's mailbox due to LDAP. I understand this is due to SSO.

Do we have any other link to acces non-LDAP  user's mailbox via web ?

As of now we are utilizaing feature of alternate ext or Distribution list to send VM of non-LDAP to LDAP's user mail.

If you enable web inbox in the Class of Service of the user you can log into a web page to access the messages.

LDAP users are able to login without any problem. I am talking about non-LDAP VM account.

Have you set up web VM box password for non-LDAP VM accounts ?  If so, users should use that password to login to their web VM box.

Since its implemented with SSO, Link https://ip/inbox/ doesnt give option to login with username and password
