Last Thursday morning I set up a WebEx conference call off of my calendar. The invite sent to everyone but it disappeared off of my calendar and when that occured, the invitees could not call into the conference line.
Then on Friday I set up a meeting back on September 26th for a WebEx conference call for Friday and again it disappeared off of my calendar but was still on everyone else’s calendar and when they tried to dial in it would not let them and I had to set up a new conference line.
Thoughts anyone?
