Hi

I have a customer who is migrating from meeting place server to Webex.Just wondered if someone could possibly answer the following questions:

1) Under Webex you get issued a 9 digit pin can this be changed to 6 digits as per meeting place server ? I can't find anything in documentation

2) Is the only option for backing up Webex to create a storage server NFS share ?

Nope, the meeting number is a 9 digit random number generated by CWMS. Later this
year we will get version 1.5 of the solution that will give the feature for
Personal Conference Numbers. This will allow a host to have a permanent bridge
ID

2. Is the only option for backing up Webex to create a storage server NFS share ?

Yes. This can be SAN or DAS
