I encounter this problem too, I saw this error on the logs of the CWMS (secure connection with SRTP between CUCM 11.x and CWMS 2.6MR1) when I try to call into the meeting or call to my extension from the meeting.
When I use TCP instead of TLS everything is working as expected.
