when a user is on a call have it transferred to phone tree?

Hello,

Currently when our reception is on a call, it goes straight to voicemail.  Is there anyway to have our phone tree kick in when the reception is on a call?   Currently forwarding to 111 brings us to the phone tree.

What you mean by phone tree ? is this the Auto Attended feature using Unity call handler ?

If you need to transfer the call when busy to  an auto attend number instead of forwarding to VM use your AA pilot number for Forward Busy External/Internal settings.
