when call via SIP Trunk, the ring is distorted.

Hi ,

My call manager is 10.5. I created a sip trunk between call manger and Siemens Unify. When I dial to Siemens system, I heard the ring is distorted. but the voice is well after opposite pickup the phone.

I have been check "Media Termination Point Required" in SIP trunk settings.

Could you give me some suggestion?

Try to force early offer on the trunk, see if that helps.

Can you confirm the Disable Early Media on 180 on the profile is NOT checked.
