We use CUCM 11.1 and CUACA for our operator queue hander.
The attendant console operator at one of my sites needs a different ring tone to announce an inbound call coming in on the default broadcast queue that she answers. It would be fine for the sound to be the same for all queues.
However I can't seem to find a place where I can change the sound that the PC plays when a call is ringing into the queue.
Can anyone tell me where that ring sound file is located? Is it a part of the CUACA client package? Can I change it to something else other than the default ring sound?
