Why Basic Message license not using Enhanced license

Hi,

In a cluster of 11.0, I can't add users to Cisco Unity.  It is short 2 licenses for Basic Messaging in PLM. There are 16 available Enhanced Unified CM licenses available.  Shouldn't the Basic Messaging pull 2 licenses from the Enhanced?  If not, what needs to be done, other than delete users in Unity?

I delted the licenses Instances and re-added them, Synchronized them, but it's still the same.

This is what the Dashboard look like:

Enhanced (11.x) - Unified CM       158

Basic (11.x) - Unified CM       1
Essential (11.x) - Unified CM    12
Basic Messaging (11.x) - Unity Connection    120

Thanks

User (phone) licensing (essential, basic, enhanced) and messaging licensing are two different things. You can not use one for the other. You will have to purchase more messaging licenses.

Only workspace licenses (CUWL) contain messaging as well: Cisco Unified Communications 11.x and 10.x Licensing
