Hello all, we have a full 10.5.2 UCM/Unity environment; SIP integration. We have a system call handler on Unity that transfers callers to an on-call mobile phone number. For the longest time, when a call was transferred from Unity to UCM to the mobile phone, the CLID was our main PRI number and the employee knew it was the office sending a call.
For some reason now, all transfers from Unity to UCM to the mobile phone now display the original callers CLID. What would cause this?
We already set the following service parameter to "False":
