XCP File Transfer Manager fails to start - No errors in logs?

I've set up both the External Database and File Store servers for Managed File transfer. I've activated the XCP File Transfer Manager service but on start it fails after several minutes.

I've checked the log file epas/trace/xcp/log/AFTStartup.log and don't see any failure message, the log ends with "Starting the AFT service..." Full output is below.

It looks like the Transfer service is connected to the External File server using SSH key log in and is able to mount the file store so I'm at a loss where to look further. Any suggestions from the community will be welcomed.

Thanks

I've attached a screen capture showing syslog entries from RTMT: I see this entry in particular that I could use help understanding...

Good time of day.

You have made the setting Managed File Transfer IM/P

1. create External File Server

2. Set UP an External File Server

3.Obtain Public Key

---I think you forgot to File Server a public key to prescribe.

IM /P

choose Messaging > File Transfer.

1 . After clicking Save a Node Public Key link, for each assignment, appears.

2. Public key must be installed on file server

3. Click the Public key link to display the node's public key

4. Copy the complete key text and add to authorized_keys file on file server, e.g. /home/aftuser/.ssh/authorized_keys
Node’s keys are invalidated if the node is unassigned from external database and file server

5. Ensure that the Cisco XCP file transfer manager service is activated
Go to Cisco Unified IM and Presence Serviceability, Choose Tools > Service Activation and Click Go

6. Restart the Cisco XCP Router Service.
