Mega raid option does not appear when the server comes to the bios screen, I see the Megar aid PCI card when I look at the bios but I can not do in the configuration because all setting is disable. There are three from this server and they all have the same status

Hi,

Raid card configuration does not appear on the bios screen. The ctrl + m combination does not work. I am trying to create a raid configuration on the server  but I cannot access the raid controller configuration screen.

You must to configuration RAID in CIMC manager..

Step1:Set IP for CIMC (Press F8 in start page)

Step2:Browes ip address

Step3:In storage Tab select Cisco 12G Modullar RAID Controller......

Step4:Then select Physical Drive info and ensure that your HDD does not in JBOD mode if in this mode change it in to" NOT Configured" mood..

so that you can configure RAID Configuration...

Now the cimc settings are like in the image files. but there is still nothing working.

As per your features listed and screenshots, your C240M5 server is in UEFI mode and it's loaded with "Cisco 12G Modular SAS HBA (max 16 drives)" card. And this card doesn't support any RAID configuration, only pass-through mode.
