I have multiple FIs but everytime I setup one, I have to setup the service profiles and policies fro scratch Is there a way to export and import these profiles and policies into the new FI?

I cannot get any link lights on my fiber ports  the ucs fabric interconnects are connected to brocade. I have already configured the ports on the fabric as FC ports. I swapped out the cables modules and still no link lights any idea?
