C200-M1 halt at the Cisco logo during inital power up

Hi;

I have 6  new C200-M1 servers that all appear to have the same issue: they all halt the Cisco logo during startup. Nothing else is diaplayed. I have connected a KVM to both the front and rear graphics connectors with the same results: the severs never go

past the Cisco logo . I don't see the usual "press F8 for CIM setup, F2 for setup etc...  ?? any ideas?

Hello Tom

Try this and see if it works:

Power off the Server

Remove the display connection

Power on the server, wait for 15-20 seconds

Put the display connection back and see if it goes beyond the Cisco splash screen

There is a known issue with C2XX servers connecting to legacy CRT monitors.
