Can you SSH into the CIMC IP ?
After logging in
Run the following:#scope cimc
/cimc#show firmware
/cimc#reboot
This operation will reboot the Cisco IMC.
Continue?[y|N]Y
Let the CIMC reboot, and see if this state changes.
If you can't log in via SSH, but can PING the CIMC IP, then you may want to try a hard power cycle where you shut down os,, and then remove power from server for 30 sec. (you might also want to setup a continuous ping test to cimc IP address while server has power removed to confirm you don't have a duplicate IP issue)
You can always try applying an updated HUU ISO (or even the same HUU version) via a bootable USB DVD drive, or bootable USB thumb drive. For the thumb drive you would need to use a USB bootmaker utility such as 'Rufus' to apply the ISO to the thumbdrive.
