C880 M4 low memory performance

I recently ran memtest86+ on a C880 M4 with 2tb ddr4 main memory.

So far no errors where detected, but the memory performance numbers seem very very low

Its reporting 538MB/sec main memory performance, where DDR4 should be in the 10s of gb/sec

Are there any settings that would cause this issue?
