Hi;

I am doing Lab now a days with rack.rentals . In 3.7 section, Boot from SAN, I faced difficulty even I have full solution how to do that task. Actually, I got same flogi from both ends towards target : JBOD.

Unfortunately, it booted from server interface not from SAN. What could be the issue.. I checked everything but couldn't find out. Please help me...

I have created the below guide in a step by step fashion to help assist in troubleshooting Boot From San Issues:

Please go through this guide and let me know if any step does not make sense. This will tell us EXACTLY why the VHBA initiators are unable to reach the storage array.
