Hi All,

Can we configure the latest Cisco M6 models by the UCS manager?

Depends on the device, the x210c m6 for example can only be managed via Intersight whereas the B200 M6 or C220 M6 can be managed by either Intersight or Ucsm. 

The spec sheet for the server in question should have further details on the available management modes

I haven't seen a matrix, I would just doublecheck the datasheet or spec sheets for the specific server you are interested in.
