Upgrading firmware in 420 blade. We have a couple of hosts that hang at 7% with the following error:

Remote Invocation Error Code: ERR-insufficient-equipped

Running version: B420M3.2.1.1a.0.121720121615

Startup version: B420M3.2.2.4a.0.041720151358

Any ideas?

Hi David,

I linked the bug below in which I think you are hitting. Under the General Tab is there another critical alert status that you could paste here.

Essentially the catalog you are currently running are missing these type of FRU ID's and will require a firmware upgrade for it to acknowledge this blade (or upload the capability catalog to a newer version).

I'm confused...because I'm running a fixed version based on the bug report you provided:

Running version: B420M3.2.1.1a.0.121720121615

Startup version: B420M3.2.2.4a.0.041720151358

Am I reading this wrong?
