What version of BIOS is currently installed. If older than 1.4, you may want to try step upgrade 1.1 > 1.2 > 1.3 > 1.4
Also, have you considered using the Host Upgrade Utility. It will simplify upgrading all firmware to a tested set. It requires a minimum version which may be why you are performing this upgrade manually.

Upgrading from 1.0.3 to 1.4 was probably not tested by the BU. You will want to back your CIMC to 1.1. Upgrade the BIOS to 1.1. Upgrade the pair to 1.2 ... then to 1.3....then to 1.4. When going to 1.4, use the HUU utilty to update all nics, cnas, psus, array controllers in the system as well. You may need to remove power from the chassis for the PSU firmware upgrade to complete on your system.
Open up 'All releases' on the left to get the older CIMC and BIOS releases.
As always, read the release notes prior to an upgrade for any known issues and procedures for that release.
