Which disk partition is full? / , /var ??
Depends on what version of HX is running, you may need root access to clear files/logs.
Ideally, you want to open a TAC case for fastest resolution.

Depends what is causing the /var/stv directory to be full.
If it is a known bug (CSCwd89902), then simply rebooting the SCVM may work.
There may be reasons for /var/stv which may not free up space (and could make things worse) by rebooting the SCVM.
Really need the admin password and open a TAC case for TAC to investigate WHY /var/stv is full.

Simply put that host into Maintenance Mode which will power off the SCVM.
Then take the host out of Maintenance Mode which will power the SCVM on again.

There are several reasons for this to be close
If you are using a free account then it is obvious that would have reached its limit. In this case you need to go for a premium plan.
The other reason is the bug. People often complain about some bugs like CSCwd89902 that are known.
You can get help from the Cisco Bug Search Tool
