I have a problem in cucm9 in the main interface at the open asks me to hold synchronization of licenses and when you go to the Server License Manager and when you start a sync fail to show a message saying that the usage data was updated but synchronization failed for one or more product instances , and when you go to the product instances appear in the box synchronization status Dublicate product instances and when you click on the name shows a message saying the name or ip address of (10.110.15.5) has already been configured on this enterprise license manager product instances can be added only once please Help me, what can I do

Maybe you have to re-host the license. It is done through a service request with the TAC license team.
