power up cisco ucs blade without chassis

The blade gets it power from the chassis slot pins, when it's correctly seated.

So the blade will not power up without being seated in a powered on chassis.

Up to 4 2500Watt PSUs installed in the Chassis are what supply power to the Blades, Fans, IOMs.
