Suspending Alerts for UCS during Deploy

We use a API XML type monitoring system and when we deploy a new Service Profile, there are a lot of alerts generated until the OS is installed and networking is configured.

Is there a way to suppress alerts on a blade by blade basis? We have tried Fault Suppression, but that seems to for SNMP alerts and not direct API XML monitoring solutions.

How is Admin State used? I do not see a way to put a blade in to Not in Service. How is that performed?

UCS is running 2.2(5b)

Hello,

There is currently no functionality to suppress or clear faults without fixing the cause of the fault. Fault suppression is more for when you do maintenance type tasks that will knowingly cause faults and errors.
