UCS 2.05a FI Need to delete ports that don't exist

Had to replace production 6296 with 6248 for customer during day so backed it up and restored config.   Config placed additional ports 1/33-1/48 onto 6248 and cannot get them to go away in UCS Manager.  They do not have an expansion module in that slot, its empty but anyone know how I can delete those extraneous ports without disrupting the system thats working ???

They are GONE !   They did time out and disappear on their own after about 2 hours.
