UCS Manager access question

Simple question.  Getting ready to setup a new UCS-Mini with 3 B200 M5 blades.  1st time experience with this platform.  I understand the UCS manager per loaded and accessible via a web browser or CLI.  We have to have a KB and monitor on the rack but understand to access the USC manger we'll need a PC.  Has anyone used a ChromeBox to access the UCS manager?

Initial setup for UCS 6324 Fabric Interconnects is done via the console cable on the FI-IOM.

Not sure if there are PuTTY like programs for Chrome OS or how a USB-to-Serial adapter would work with them.
